Gramley and Driskill-Smith commission new work for the Duo

Juilliard Summer Percussion Seminar Final Shows!

Marlboro Music Festival in August

Gramley will return to Marlboro Music Festival in mid-August for their finale concert of the Beethoven Choral Fantasy.  This is a Marlboro tradition shared now by soloists Mitsuko Uchida and Richard Goode.  Gramley first attended Marlboro in 1994 for a full summer of Bartok, Crumb and Horne.

Silk Road Ensemble at NJPAC and New Haven’s Shubert Theatre

The Silk Road Ensemble with Yo-Yo Ma will make stops  at the NJPAC in Newark, NJ and the Schubert Theatre in New Haven this June.  Please check out www.silkroadproject.org for concert and ticket details.

Summer 2011 MPULSE Percussion Institute at the University of Michigan

Gramley will again direct the MPULSE Percussion Institute at the University of Michigan from July 3-16 2011.  The third installment of this successful program will feature comprehensive college, university and conservatory prep for high-school age percussionists.
